We are excited to announce that we are moving into a new, multi-year strategic partnership with an established global leader in design software, and we are excited about the future of Polygon.
We have always been a fan of the software that powers Polygon, and as the site grows, we look forward to building a better website.
We are confident in the future that the team at Polygon will continue to be a trusted partner, and will continue its commitment to quality journalism and excellence in storytelling.
In addition to our editorial team, we are now expanding our software offerings and bringing the core design and content development tools to all of our sites.
We look forward, with the help of our talented and dedicated team, to continuing to provide the best online content possible.
– Scott Peele, President and Publisher, Polygon Media Group The news of this move comes on the heels of a report in The Washington Post about Polygon’s decision to shutter its online content operation.
It also comes just days after a report by the Wall Street Journal that suggested the company had been suffering from “severe staffing shortages,” as Polygon reported a total of 2,800 employees.
Polygon confirmed with Polygon on Monday that it had hired about 200 additional employees in the past few months.
